WHY ME?

We’ve all got obstacles to overcome. I don’t know what yours are, but I guarantee I’ve been there.

By combining my yoga and meditation practice with optimal nutrition I’ve faced my biggest challenges head on: my mother’s suicide, father’s bankruptcy, body issues, a high pressure job at MTV, raising a family, running a business, and every other stress we face in life.

WHY YOU?

Because you want to quit waking up tired, eating crappy foods, talking yourself out of your workout, honking like a crazy person in traffic, and most of all putting off being happy until someday when the planets align and life is perfect. I know it’s possible to change because I’ve been that person, and instead of letting my story revolve around trauma and stress, I’ve figured out how to thrive and focus on peace, happiness and living in the moment.
